Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy

Processing Time: Orders are processed within 2–3 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.


Shipping Rates: Rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen shipping method.


Delivery Time: Most U.S. orders arrive within 5–7 business days. Delivery times may vary for international orders.


Local Pickup: If you’re on Kaua‘i, you can choose free in-store pickup at checkout.


Returns & Exchanges

Return Policy: Store credit or exchange for the purchase value will be issued for all acceptable returns. No refunds will be issued.


Return Window: Items may be returned within 10 days of delivery.


Condition: Items must be unworn/unused, unsoiled and in salable condition with all tags attached.


Non-Returnable Items: Sale items, swimwear, lingerie, food items, and gift cards are final sale. Any item returned in unsellable condition , soiled, altered, laundered, damaged, worn or without tags will not be eligible for exchange or store credit.


How to Return: Email us within 3 days of receiving your order at [your email] with your order number to start the process. Customers cover return shipping unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
